1. What client areas do you service?
Currently only Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter, Florida.

2. Is membership required?
No. We provide service for hourly and ongoing projects.

3. Is there an hourly minimum?
A two hour minimum is requested.

4. How is time scheduled?
Once we receive your call you can expect a service schedule time to be set up within 2-3 days. We also offer On Demand Service within 24 hours. Emergency schedule is on a case by case basis.

5. What are your business hours:
Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm & Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
After hours 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

6. What if I need to schedule Allow me to… services after 4:00 pm or on Sunday and pre-schedule the time?
Then the service time will be calculated on our regular fee schedule and not On Demand Service.

7. How is the service / errand time calculated?
Billing time begins when we start the errand (scheduled time) or service, to time of completion or delivery.


8. Do you offer package rates?
Yes, please visit our Fees/Packages page.

9. How do I pay?
Payment is due upon the delivery of services rendered or in advance by cash or check.

10. Do I pay more for third party vendor services when I use Allow me to…?
No, customers do not pay more for third party services. The third party vendor will invoice or charge the customer directly for services rendered.

11. Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, we are licensed , bonded and insured. (License #010162)

12. How do I start using Allow me to… services?

13. Can I cancel services?
Yes, client may cancel within 48 hours of scheduled service. If a package price has been agreed and signed for the month, client is responsible for completing package and will then have the option to end service. This is due to block time and staff scheduling.
